This Basque Cheesecake gives a modern twist to a Southeast Asian favourite. Made with fresh pandan juice, carefully blended for its naturally fragrant, delicate floral aroma. Often called the “Asian vanilla”, it’s baked to a beautifully caramelised top and a rich, creamy centre. Every bite carries the signature sweetness and unmistakable fragrance of pandan.
