Where is your shop?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Shop Pay.

Can I inquire about a custom order?

Absolutely! We'd love to be a part of your special celebration. Kindly reach out to us via email at hello@liloh.co.nz

How many days in advance do I need to preorder?

We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. For larger orders, such as catering for events, we suggest contacting us well in advance to discuss your requirements.

When can I order?

Weekly pre-orders open online for the month for deliveries between Thursdays – Sundays.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and select the items you'd like to purchase. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be confirmed once payment is processed.

Can I change my order?

If you have any inquiries about making changes to your order, please visit our contact page or email us at hello@liloh.co.nz. We'll do our best to assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

A full refund can be processed for orders cancelled 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. Please drop us an email through our contact page or email us at hello@liloh.co.nz. Liloh Cakery will not issue a refund for any cancellations made within 3 days of the delivery date.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to resolve it.

How do I store my goods?

To ensure freshness, we recommend storing baked goods in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator, depending on the item. Specific storage instructions are provided on the product page.

Do you use gelatine in your products?

At present, we do not utilise gelatin in our products. However, should we choose to incorporate it in the future, we will indicate the type of gelatin used in the product description.

Do you use alcohol in your products?

We do not use alcohol in our products, but we are able to incorporate it upon request.

What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

We strive to accommodate various dietary needs and allergies whenever possible. Please check the product descriptions for allergen information, and feel free to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about the ingredients.
